What is stress?

Your body can handle X amount of pathogenic, environmental, psychological, & emotional stresses. 

 

Continuous or extended Fight or Flight response in the body can only be maintained for a period of time, without adequate nutrition or support before damage occurs.

 

effects of stress on the body

 

pathologic

cardiac 

headaches

neuralgia/neurasthenia 

frequent insomnia/fatigue 

depression/anxiety/panic attacks 

indigestion/ibs &ibd

adrenal fatigue

stress makes you eat stupid things 

stress makes you believe stupid things 

stress makes you not want to take care of yourself

stress makes you lose hope 

 

how to cope

 

dump your stress bucket
identify and remove undiagnosed food allergies/intolerances

wheat, dairy, soy, corn, eggs…

sugar (immune system function is reduced for four hours after eating sugar)

stuff in packages (packaged food isn’t food.)

 

reduce the allergens and toxins you can control 

use natural cleaning products, use organic beauty products

 

 

build a bigger bucket
traditional nutrition
if your great grandmother didn’t eat it, you shouldn’t eat it

Seek assistance for herbal and nutritional support for the immune system

don’t block the emergency exits, elimination must be working!

find something enjoyable and do it, even if you think you don’t have time

be in nature. skip the gym and go for a walk: notice some plants and some birds
