Selva uses high quality therapeutic essential oils, organic lotions and oils, linens, hot towels and a table warmer to keep the body warm and relaxed. The benefits of massage are great, and to name a few relieves tension, chronic stress due to misalignment, repetitive motions and injuries, as well as enhances mental clarity and flexibility.
